TCMS/Maguire Partnership is the PTC’s Construction Manager for all of Phase 1 and a portion of Phase 2 of the Uniontown to Brownsville project. Mr. Anthony “Tony” Ciarico, the Project Manager, will oversee the construction of Sections 51A2, 51B, 51C, 51D, 51E1 and 51N in Phase 1 and Sections 51A1 & 51E2 in Phase 2, and will be the contact for construction issues during construction activities on these sections.
