51E1-1. Completed Section 51E1 looking south toward Uniontown with new Route 40 (Redstone Way) bridge over the Expressway and the southern quadrant of the Route 40 (Redstone Way) Interchange in the middle of the photo. Existing Route 40 on the right of the photo is shown being temporarily cut off by the Phase 2 construction for the new bridge over the Expressway. Phase 2 will complete this bridge and the northern quadrant of this interchange. Relocated Colvin Run Road and Redstone Way which connects to the Brownsville stub of Route 40 near McDonald’s can be seen on the left of the photo.
